Emma Smith – Founder & Managing Partner
I started my career in asset management, earning my IMC qualification while spending my days helping financial advisers understand fund positioning and holdings. As much as I loved the world of finance, I eventually found my true calling in recruitment and I haven’t looked back since.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of launching new offices for global accountancy recruitment firms like Robert Half and Morgan McKinley. Even as I moved up the career ladder, I’ve always stayed hands-on because I’m genuinely passionate about what I do.
Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mum to Jude, Annie and my dogs.
